Beth Madsen Bradford's roles include Carmen (Carmen), The Witch (Hänsel und Gretel), Zita (Gianni Schicchi), Marcellina (Le Nozze di Figaro), Berta (Il Barbiere di Siviglia), Soeur Gerald (Dialogues des Carmélites), Little Buttercup (H.M.S. Pinafore), Ruth (Pirates of Penzance), The Old Lady (Candide), Dame Hannah (Ruddigore), Nell (Opera Theater Oregon’s original show, Will Kill for Vaudeville), and Giovanna (Rigoletto).  Beth has worked with Portland Opera, Opera Theater Oregon, Tacoma Opera, Skagit Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera and Aspen Opera Theater Center, among others. 
 
An accomplished concert artist and recitalist, some of Beth’s favorite works include Verdi’s Requiem, Lambert's Rio Grande, Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, Mozart's Requiem, Handel's Messiah, Bach’s St. John Passion and Beethoven's Missa Solemnis. She has appeared as a soloist with orchestras such as Juneau Symphony, Oregon Symphony and North State Symphony.

Since graduating from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, in addition to maintaining an active vocal studio, Beth has studied and performed with the Aspen Opera Theatre Center, Des Moines Metro Opera, Bel Canto Northwest, and the International Vocal Arts Institute.  Originally from Mt. Vernon, Washington, she now resides in Portland with her husband, Tyler.
