Growing up in Juneau, Tanna returned post-schooling to reside near family. Currently she pieces together a lovely living as a designer, writer and crafter. Previous Perseverance Theatre credits include scenic design on “Much Ado About Nothing” and “Equus” and costume design on “Cedar House”. Other credits include “Beauty and the Beast” for Juneau Lyric Opera, and writing the column “Alaska Crafter” for both the Juneau Empire and Capital City Weekly. She holds an MFA in set design from the University of Maryland and continues to use her education in various forms as a graphic and window display designer with her business TP Alaska Designs. Her most recent works were seen at “No Umbrellas” Fashion Show and at her booth of knitted wear at the Public Market.
